Since this is an overwhelming problem amongst men of all ages, many companies have tried to capitalize on this insecurity. You must do your research before choosing any treatment for premature ejaculation.
This may sound cynical, but it’s in your best interests.
On a positive note, there is also a wide array of treatment options available that do work. I hope this gives you some hope and a positive outlook on a condition that may leave you feeling a little frustrated.
The confusion in finding PE treatment should hopefully be removed by the time you finish reading this article. As we have done much of the legwork for you, so you don’t get ripped off or experience any adverse effects from some of the inferior products out there.
The Different Options Available
You’ve probably read so far about desensitizing creams and sprays, professional medical help, and also psychological and mental techniques that can help you and show you how to treat premature ejaculation. Needless to say, these are all different approaches and differ in their effects from person to person.
Let’s cover a few of the main ways of treating premature ejaculation.

1. Seek Expert Medical Advice From A Qualified Practitioner
Men are well known for not speaking to their doctors even if there is a problem. Some just wait for the problem to fix itself, and others find it too embarrassing. You should know that speaking to your doctor about an embarrassing problem is very common and most likely it’s nothing that the physician hasn’t heard or seen before.
The doctor can investigate the root cause of the problem of your premature ejaculation by looking into your medical history to see if there is a link between your premature ejaculation and other physical conditions.
You should expect to be referred to a counselor for behavioral therapy in most cases. They will assess whether or not there is an emotional or psychological problem associated with your rapid ejaculation.
In more severe cases, doctors will prescribe medication to help treat PE, the most commonly known sexual medicine is Paroxetine which has been proven in its effectiveness in treating premature ejaculation.
We understand that not all of you are willing to discuss such intimate details of your sexual activity nor are you willing to take medication before sexual intercourse on a repeat prescription. I know I wouldn’t want it to be in my medical records for eternity anyway, but that’s just me.
In that case, know some of the options below.
2. Treat Male sexual dysfunction yourself
There are two ways, primarily in which you can treat PE from the comfort of your own home. One approach is the self-help approach; the other is by using a topical cream or spray or an over-the-counter herbal supplement.
The self-help approach will treat your lifelong premature ejaculation in the long term, but if you need a more immediate solution for sexual dysfunction for more recently acquired premature ejaculation then pills, creams, and sprays are your best bet.
NOTE:
You can combine multiple treatment options to achieve the desired effects. Ideally, you should try a few different treatments to see which treatment option works best for you. Or simply to find the one you prefer.
The benefits of combining self-help treatment with a more immediate solution such as a cream or spray are that while you are working on treating your uncontrolled ejaculation from the root cause, you can still benefit from the immediate results of delayed ejaculation by using topical creams or sprays.
Also, premature ejaculation affects men differently. You may be suffering from PE simply because of over-sensitivity to minimal sexual stimulation whereas for another guy it may be a combination of factors.
Many men found success with a variety of approaches used in conjunction. An example would be, using desensitizing creams or sprays alongside regular ejaculatory dysfunction controlling exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscle. Many techniques and practices can be found in Jack Grave’s Ejaculation Guru guide.
The guide also includes breathing techniques, ways in which to pleasure your girlfriend without sexual penetration, and avoiding positions during sexual intimacy which result in early ejaculation.
It includes ways in which you can work on your anxiety and other psychological causes in your sexual experience that have led to your primary premature ejaculation.
To cut out all the bullshit, we have reviewed the most efficient and safest sprays, pills, creams, and gels, so you don’t have to do all the research yourself.
3. Dig Down To The Root Cause
I know it sounds like the most logical thing to do. Also, it’s probably the kindest to your wallet too but again to reiterate; there is no single root cause for premature ejaculation. Everybody is an individual, and so my cause could be sexual anxiety, your cause could be overexcitation or over sensitivity, and his reason could be due to a problem or experience witnessed as a child.
Other causes could be genetic, hormonal imbalances or alteration in the chemical composition of the brain, trauma, excessive masturbation or lack thereof, and even sexual expectations and experience. Even watching too much porn has been known to cause premature ejaculation.
The ones mentioned earlier are just a few, there are many more cases. Now you probably understand why it’s so hard to dig down and find the cause.
How do you even know where to start?
Or how do you know it’s not something else?
For more superficial cases, you can put two and two together with a bit of guesswork. For example, if your penis is overly sensitive, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that a numbing/desensitizing cream or spray will do the job.
You know yourself better than anybody else, so if you are a highly anxious person or have doubts about your sexual ability and lack confidence in your performance, maybe some counseling will be the ideal solution for you.
As a child, you may have masturbated and tried to reach orgasm as quickly as possible for you not to get caught. Or maybe you get overly excited during sex because you are not intimate with a female as often as you’d like. In such cases, behavioral techniques would be your best option. You can either see your doctor or follow the procedures outlined by Jack’s grave.
For explanation purposes, we have separated and isolated some of the root causes so you can get a better understanding, but in reality, it’s usually more than one factor combined. It’s best to try with one or two PE treatment options to start with and with a bit of trial and error, you will treat your premature ejaculation.
And To Conclude…
The best advice I could give is for you to remain willing to try the treatments mentioned and some of the tips and techniques outlined in the Ejaculation Guru eBook. If one thing doesn’t work for you or you cant achieve sexual satisfaction, do not despair and don’t just give up!
Try something else, maybe a cream or a spray that contains topical anesthetics that should be one of the first things you should try because the results are almost immediate. You will know there and then whether it works for you or not.
The techniques outlined in Jack grave’s guide are among the best in the industry, and you won’t find anything nearly as effective anywhere else. We have tried searching on the internet to no avail. This stuff is a trade secret, and some of the leading experts swear by them.
