Since this whole website is dedicated to penis enlargement and everything related to it, we have learned a good few things over the years while writing reviews of products and thoroughly researching the latest permanent techniques. How Did It All Start?

Well, like most guys who use the Internet, from time to time it just so happens that you accidentally on purpose land on a porn site. You know what I mean! Back in the days, these porn sites used to heavily promote male enhancement pills and adverts used to pop up everywhere, in fact, I even used to receive emails with adult promotions.

Most guys want a bigger penis anyway regardless of their current size. Even if they’ve got a whopper right now the chances are in their eyes it’s still not big enough, and an added few inches wouldn’t go amiss. When I saw the adverts on these porn sites advertising massive gains within a short period of time just by consuming a daily pill I found it hard to swallow the idea (excuse the pun).

Even then, I never thought that a tablet alone would be able to increase the size of my penis. But, the idea of enlarging my penis was planted in my head, and I began to Google ways in which it could be grown realistically. I knew I would find this information on the porn site, but I would have to do some in-depth research knowing this type of information wouldn’t be close to the surface, rather it would be deep on the Internet in some kind of members-only bulletin board. Especially at that time, in the early 2000’s when the Internet wasn’t as advanced as it is today.

But, The Idea Of Enlarging My Penis Was Planted In My Head

And I began to Google ways in which it could be grown realistically. I knew I wouldn’t find this information on the porn site, but I would have to do some in-depth research knowing this type of information wouldn’t be close to the surface, rather it would be deep on the Internet in some kind of members-only bulletin board. To my surprise, there were two main sites where information for permanent penis enlargement could easily be found and accessed. PEGym and matter of size (MOS) – both of these websites will be known to you if you’ve ever done any research about penis enlargement – even to this day!

I can’t remember which one of the two sites it was, but one of them showed a very basic natural penis enlargement exercise routine. I read it thinking this could never work and if it did then why isn’t every guy in the world doing it! But, I started to read people’s responses to the thread and to my surprise many men were having a lot of success.

I Began My Journey…

I started following the routine for roughly a week, and every time I had finished exercising, I noticed that my penis would start to shrink and turtle. Obviously, this is just a temporary side-effect, and there are ways to counteract it by using silicone sleeves or all day extenders, etc., but I didn’t know that then, and it freaked me out, to be honest. So much so that I gave up.

After many years had passed and I began to look into permanent penis enlargement once again, I decided to give it a go once more, but this time correctly. One thing that stuck in my mind that a teacher taught me at school was that the easiest way to get something done is to get somebody else to do it. How Do You Measure Up?

It is important to take accurate measurements of your penis in both the flaccid and erect state before you undergo any form of PE. At least this way you will know whether you’re making any progress or not. What to do is, get hold of a strong ruler, preferably one that doesn’t have any gap at the initial measurement. It’s better if it starts at zero. Press the ruler into the fat pad, so it gets as close as possible to your pubic bone. This way you will get the most accurate measurement each and every time with the least amount of discrepancy.

The guys in the industry call this BPEL, which stands for bone pressed erect length. To measure your girth, use a nylon measuring tape, similar to the ones used by tailors. The first time I measured was when I discovered that my erect length was only 5 ½ inches. Don’t get me wrong, I knew it was relatively small but statistically speaking, depending on which average you take, my size fell into borderline average or just below average.

When it comes to manual exercises, there are different ones that focus on length and girth. For example, stretching and pulling types of exercises will primarily focus on length gains. Jelqing/milking types of exercises will focus on girth.

You will gradually build up resistance – just like you don’t start bench pressing 120 KG’s the first time you walk into a gym.

Keep Calm And Carry On…

After doing any form of penis exercise, you will experience some shrinking or turtling. I mentioned this at the beginning of this post and how it freaked me out. Don’t let this worry you as it is completely normal and it only happens when you first start out.

This is due to fatigue that your penis will experience because it has been put under stress that it is not used to. Also, it’s important not to become infatuated with measuring often. You are not going to see any gains after two days, believe me! Penis enlargement is a marathon, not a sprint. By continuously measuring every day it can be offputting and demoralizing. It is better to measure on a monthly basis. If you’re impatient, then try every two weeks, but it shouldn’t be more often than that.

Plus, it can be incredibly motivating after having not measured for a whole month and then discovering you have gained over a quarter of an inch in length. Even if you don’t strictly follow a routine or use an extender only for length gains, you will still experience some added girth as a bonus.

How Does Permanent Penis Enlargement Work?

Penis enlargement is a permanent process if you do it correctly. You will need to solidify gains and cement them to make them permanent. That is why it is important to try and aim for an extra half-inch above that which you would like to be at. This way, the gains that have been cemented will be permanent, and you may end up losing a tiny bit (the extra half-inch).

The penis is held and attached to the body via suspensory ligaments. It is the ligaments that give your erection the 45° angle of orientation. Over time if you apply a gentle yet sufficient amount of stretching you can lengthen the ligament without causing any damage.

Also, the penis is not primarily made of muscle. That is why it will not shrink once the stretching, pulling, jelqing, milking and exercising have stopped. It’s not like your biceps; rather it is the spongy tissue that expands when it is filled with blood. When you enlarge, lengthen and develop this tissue it will hold more blood, and you will possess a longer, harder and thicker penis.

You will also be glad to know that newbies tend to experience gains at a much faster pace than anybody else. Over time your gains will start to slow down just like with any other form of exercise.

Are You Pulling My Leg?
